Seeking a full-time remote Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, the ideal candidate will investigate, evaluate, and resolve first- and third-party private passenger auto liability casualty claims while ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Proactively investigates and resolves coverage, liability, and damages questions related to bodily injury auto claims Ensures proper reserving and task management on all assigned claims while adhering to standard operating procedures Documents all claims activities thoroughly to support investigation decisions and negotiates claims with injured parties or their representation Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of bodily injury auto claims handling experience; 5 or more years preferred Experience in an MGA, carrier, or insurance claims administration environment Active adjuster licenses in applicable states, or the ability to obtain required licenses
