Job Description

Our Client in the Agricultural Industry is seeking to employ a Financial Manager to their team based in Kirkwood Eastern Cape.

3-5 years experience as a finance manager secures.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12.
Relevant degree or diploma in accounting.
3-5 years experience as a finance manager.
SAIPA / SAICA would be advantageous.
Experience with Sage ERP system Barcode system.
Staff transport will be available.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

General Accounting and management accounts.
Annual budgeting.
Regular cash flow forecasting minimum of monthly forecasts.
General banking.
Foreign Currency Banking FEC contracts.
Creditors processing and payments.
Debtors invoicing and collection of money.
Retail invoicing and backup on wholesale invoicing.
Monthly statements.
Query resolution.

Statutory Returns

VAT - Monthly.
EMP 201 - Monthly.
EMP 501 twice per year.
ROE Annual (Return of Earnings COIDA).

Human Resources

Payroll.
Record keeping.
Employment Contracts.
Banking relationships and finance agreements.
Annual audit and Financial statements.
Shareholder Loan accounts.

Maintenance of hardware.
Online shop maintenance.
EDI Maintenance.
System development.
Fruit receipts and reconciliation monthly and annual statements.
