JOB DESCRIPTION for Lift RF New York, LLC

Title: Front Desk Opener

Department:  Front Desk

At Lift RF New York, LLC, the Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for members and guests—and sets the tone for the entire club experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating a friendly, helpful, and energetic environment from the moment someone walks through the door.

Your responsibilities will include greeting members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and directing more complex inquiries to the appropriate manager. You’ll also support membership and retail sales, maintain front desk cleanliness, and promote club offerings like personal training, supplements, and group classes.

As a key member of our team, you help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our members coming back and makes Lift RF Texas a place people are proud to be part of.

Customer Service

You’re the first impression and the consistent connection for every member and guest. Greet everyone by name with energy and professionalism. Create a welcoming, helpful environment at the front desk by answering questions, resolving concerns, and

directing members to the right team member when needed.

You’ll also promote and manage retail and service areas—this includes our smoothies, Pro Shop items, tanning, red light therapy, and massage chairs. Keep the front desk clean and organized, and ensure the lobby and restroom areas are tidy, stocked, and presentable at all times. The front desk must never be left unattended.

Membership & Experience Support

You’ll help create a smooth and positive check-in and check-out experience. That means greeting members as they arrive, saying goodbye as they leave, and helping with membership questions, referrals, upgrades, and cancellations. Actively upsell services like smoothies, recovery options, and retail products to enhance the member experience.

Account Management

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all member account interactions. At check-in, verify balances and receive payments when needed. Keep credit card and contact information current and process all account updates accurately and promptly. Support a zero-balance policy through proactive communication and clear documentation.

Minimum Skills / Personal Trait Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or in progress)
• Friendly, engaging, and consistent in greeting members by name
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and dependable team mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays

First Payment Defaults and Returned Payments

All personal commissions are subject to deductions in the amount of previous personal commission paid for accounts on which the member defaults on (does not pay) their first payment and accounts on which the enrollment fee is returned by the member’s bank or credit card company. C ommissions will be paid by the 2 nd  paycheck of the following month, consistent with the Company’s normal payroll practices. Bonuses are a form of payment administered solely at the Company’s discretion. You must remain employed by the Company and be in good standing on the date of bonus payment for any bonus to be earned.
